EXCHANGES & RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

At Sage Collective we want you to be completely satisfied with your Sage product, and understand that when you purchase a product based on an image, it doesn't always turn out right. Therefore we are happy to exchange, or offer a store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of purchase. We are determined to make every customer feel beautiful whilst wearing our product.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note these are non-returnable items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories

To complete your credit or exchange, we require the order number and full name attached. Please contact us via email to receive approval to return and to be provided with our return address. Please allow 1-2 business days for reply (Business Hours - Mon-Friday 9-3pm). 

REFUNDS / FAULTY ITEMS

Should you receive a faulty product you will need to contact our lovely customer service team via our email at hello@sagecollective.com.au. You will need to provide a clear photo of the faulty item. We will review and replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is sold out, we can replace the item with another item to the same value (purchase price).

If we are unable to replace the item under the circumstances of a faulty garment ONLY we will be happy to provide you with a refund for the price of the item ONLY.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account however please contact us at hello@sagecollective.com.au.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange sizes we will happily exchange for another size.
Please email us at hello@sagecollective.com.au with details of the exchange.

You will be responsible for the postage cost back to the warehouse and we will cover the postage with the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you or our office, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. Only full priced items may be returned. This includes storewide/sitewide sales.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you or our office, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
